Fast and accurate built in 3D angio reconstruction is under development in our lab and is almost ready to be released on the next major version of the tool.
Our target is to implement ‘one tool for all’, thus avoiding extra tools for 3D reconstruction. At this stage, 3D reconstruction (which is still under heavy development) is extremely fast (more than 1000% faster comparing to current approach namely a) using the export features of the tool, b) importing to external 3D modeling tools like Rhino3D and c) do the reconstruction manually).
