FAQs

3D IVUS-ANGIO Tool

Is it possible to 'mix' both DICOM input and jpg images series in one single card.
Yes. You can browse either for a specific .dcm file or for a folder containing a set of .jpg images (which will be imported in alphabetical order).
The automated detection in IVUS window seems to behave strange. Why is that?
You need to calibrate first. Press the calibrate button and follow the instructions. That is one time process, if you press the “save” button, calibration is stored as well. Of course you can change it again if you like
Will you publish any future versions and updates?
After two release candidate versions (RC1 and RC2) the tool is in final release version now. Version 2.0 Release Candidate is out. You can download it now. More updates will be regularly published. Please “create contact” at download section in order to receive news, releases, updates, tutorials, etc. Your contact details is for own purpose and will not be given to others.

3D Artery Model Application based on Rhino3D (third party external app)
Can I check by myself the results of your test case? I have Rhino3D already installed.
Of course. For your convenience you can download the developed extensions (rhino toolbar) which automates the process in 4 simple steps. From version 2.0RC you can see the 3D reconstruction built-in though without the need of other 3rd party applications.
