DigiArt in new Museum of Aigai at Open Museum Day

In the new museum of Aigai, a demo of the Palace of Phillip B was performed. The number of invited visitors was 35, all of them stakeholders related to the museum. The event was organized by IZERKA (Aigai Museum) partner of DigiArt project.

The new building covers a land plot of 140 ha to the west of Vergina and it is the entrance to the Polycentric Museum and the archaeological site of Aigai. It houses a permanent semi-open-air exhibition of the sculptures found in the city sanctuaries and accommodates the restored upper floor of the Palace’s façade.
