Prof.Magda Tsolaki was born in Thessaloniki, Greece in 1954 and she has spent most of her time in Thessaloniki, Greece. She is Professor of Neurology since 2010, Neuropsychiatrist since 1983, and she has worked at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki since 1982 and at the 3rd Department of Neurology of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki since 1988.She has been the main author or co-author of 31 Books, she has participated with 350 abstracts in Greek Conferences, with 272 abstracts in English International or European Conferences, she is the first author or co-author in 175 Papers in Greek Journals, and in 192 International Journals -147 in PubMed with Impact Factor=745.909, h-index=33, with >5230 citations-, she has been reviewer for Conferences and Journals (91). She has organized 24 National Conferences on AD and six International. She was one of the three advisory members for 26 doctora theses. She has created the Greek Alzheimer Association in 1995 and Greek Federation of Alzheimer’s Disease in 2007, she is chair of this Federation with 230 lectures, TV and radio programs. She was participated in 28 research programs and 37 clinical trials. Totally she received 32 awards.She is married with four children (three daughters 33, 31 and 29 years and one son of 26 years old) and four grandchildren.
