Author Guidelines

Final Submission

Prepare you camera ready version according to the following templates:

Papers cannot be longer than 5 pages (double-column IEEE conference format), including all text, figures, tables, references, etc. The 5th page is available for references only.

Send to ivmsp2018-chairs@iti.gr the signed copyright form that can be downloaded here: IEEE-IVMSP2018-e_Copyright form

The appropriate copyright clearance code notice is to appear on the bottom of the first page of each paper according to the following:

  • For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright (txt1)
  • For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-5386-0951-4/18/$31.00 ©2018 Crown (txt1)
  • For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 978-1-5386-0951-4/18/$31.00 ©2018 European Union (txt3)
  • For all other papers the copyright notice is: 978-1-5386-0951-4/18/$31.00 ©2018 IEEE (txt4)

LaTeX users: you simply need to copy the commands included in the corresponding text file above, right before the “\begin{document}” command of your .tex file.

Final versions of accepted papers are required to pass the compatibility test in IEEE PDF eXpress. Submit the PDFfile of your final paper to http://www.pdf-express.org/plus/ for the compatibility check. The conference ID for IVMSP 2018 is 42185XP

Once the approval is obtained from PDF express (you will receive an email stating that PDF has passed or failed the Check), you will be ready to submit your camera-ready paper.

The final paper is due on 3 May. You should submit your final paper using your EasyChair proceedings author role for IVMSP2018.
